Kilmarnock dad to skydive for son

A DAREDEVIL dad will jump out of a plane to raise funds to help his son.

William McInally will do a sponsored skydive from an incredible 10,000ft in aid of Epilepsy Action.

The unemployed gardener will take the leap of a lifetime for his son Luke, five, who has epilepsy.

Luke, who was diagnosed with the condition when he was three, has to take medication.

Said William: "I also wanted to do the jump for my brother Stewart who died from epilepsy when he was 36."

William has previously proved he has a head for heights having gone paragliding and been up in a hot air balloon.

The 36-year-old will complete a tandem skydive with a trained instructor at Headcorn Airfield in Kent.

William hopes to raise more than £800 with the charity stunt.

Epilepsy Action gives free help and advice to people affected by the condition.
