KILMARNOCK FC has escaped punishment following the postponement of the home fixture against Aberdeen on December 12 because of a frozen pitch.
The club had argued that there had been no prima facie evidence of a breach of SPL rules.
It was also noted that there had been no similar incidents at Rugby Park in the last five years.
In the circumstances, the club has been informed that no proceedings would be taken against them, although they did receive a warning from the SPL Board.
The club has also been asked to provide detailed information in its working practices in respect of the undersoil heating system in the future.
The postponed match against Aberdeen will be played at Rugby Park on Tuesday, January 13, with a 7.45pm kick off.
