Keenly contested Central Ayrshire Youth FA finals

THE Central Ayrshire Youth FA held two finals at Hurlford’s Blair Park recently.

The first to kick off was the age thirteen William Tracey Challenge Cup final between Tass Thistle and Bellfield BC.

The Kilwinning team Tass Thistle eventually won the tie 3-2 in extra time.

Kristopher Chisholm of Bellfield scored both their goals and was awarded man of the match.

The age thirteen Consolation Cup final between Crosshouse BC and Galston BC was another thrilling encounter which went to penalties after the teams tied at 2-2 after extra time.

Crosshouse went on to win 7-6. Man of the match award went to Devlin Martin of Galston BC.
