Indoor bowling: Galleon players win well

GALLEON bowlers came out on top in this relegation battle. The game was closely contested throughout and Galleon gained a 10-shot advantage after 19 ends.

They eventually won by 19 shots, which assures them of Division 1 status next season. Results: G Semple 35, I Broadfoot 6; C Wilson 17, S Wotherspooon 25; J McCabe jnr 24; I Brown 20; D Crawford 13, D Twaddle 19.
