Bellfield bowlers contest Arthur Buchan triples

ON Saturday, August 9, Bellfield Bowling Club hosted the Arthur Buchan invitation triples.

Winners were: 1 B Gilroy, T Kirkwood, J Corrigan (skip), 2 J Reid, J O’Neill, J McDougall (skip), 3 and 4 equal A Brown, R Blair, H Edgar (skip), A grant, E McAvoy, A Masson (skip).

Well done to all the winners and thanks to the ladies in the kitchen for thier hard work.

On Saturday, August 30, entertainment will be the Blend. Cover charge £2. Members and guests welcome.

There will be a special meeting on Thursday, August 28, at 7pm prompt.

All members are urged to attend this meeting.
