Kilmarnock FC: Killie Under-20s seven game winning streak ended by Hibs

Kilmarnock 3 Hibs 0 Under-20s

Killie Under-20s’ seven-game winning run came to an end with a 3-0 drubbing from Hibs in the league at a rain-soaked Rugby Park on Tuesday night.

Goals from Euan Smith, Danny Handling and Pa Kujabi saw the Edinburgh side take the points.

Veteran Garry Hay,35, got some game time in his first start this season following a knee op. He tweeted fans: “Great to be back on the pitch with the young pups even if the result wasn’t great.”

Hay was joined by new signing Momo Sissoko and keeper Kyle Letheren.

Fourth-placed Killie dominated the second half but lacked a killer finish.

They will face St Mirren in Paisley next Tuesday.
