IT’S all happening at Galston’s Loudoun Castle as the popular theme park gears up for a spring opening.
Saturday, April 4 is when the park opens its doors for the new season.
And as usual the Loudoun team have lined up something of a spectacular for the months ahead.
An incredible water stunt show will feature at the theme park, the first time in Scotland there’s ever been a display of breathtaking diving on such a scale.
Less exciting, but no less interesting, is a new museum in the coach house. It celebrates Homecoming 2009 and it’s where you can learn the history of Loudoun and its proud association with Robert Burns.
The new season will also feature some new arrivals down on McDougal’s Farm.
These include a baby llama born mid-January; a baby dago (desert rat), now 10 weeks old; and twin kids, born early last month.
So as usual, there is something for everyone at Loudoun.
