Johnnie Walker workers say thanks

ON behalf of our members we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support in the campaign to keep the Johnnie Walker plant in Kilmarnock open.

Unfortunately in these times we are not the only people in this position, our comrades at Port Dundas, Elgin, Shieldhall as well as Hurlford face a similar situation.

We remain positive, strong and determined in our fight against this catastrophic decision by Diageo.

This is not just about jobs but also the spirit of our community.
