Legal uncertainty over bank project

Legal uncertainty could scupper any bid by a Nobel Peace Prize winner to set up a pioneering bank in Glasgow, it has been claimed.

Professor Mohammad Yunus founded the concept of micro-credit to fund small businesses when he set-up the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh in 1976.

A BBC Scotland documentary has examined his proposals to launch the service in the Sighthill area of Glasgow.
