Independence opposition 'dropping'

The SNP has seized on a poll which showed that opposition to independence has dropped to a new low.

Nationalists said the poll by TNS-BMRB, formerly System Three, was an endorsement of the party - and that a referendum on Scottish independence could be won.

According to the poll, the number of voters undecided on the question of independence has also steadily risen.
