Missing Darvel woman found safe

A DARVEL woman who went missing on Monday has been found safe and well.

Margaret Hood, 60, was reported missing by her family after she disappeared from her home in Kirkland Road, Darvel on Monday, December 29, at around 14.45pm when her husband left for work.

Her friends and family became concerned about her whereabouts and reported her disappearance to the police but she was tracked down safe and well on Tuesday.
